We offer an “Investor Package” for non-owner occupied properties that includes either a full URAR Form 1004 or CONDO Form 1073 with Form 1007 Single Family Comparable Rent Schedule & Form 216 Operating Income Statement for $450.

Above fee for single family dwellings on the URAR Form 1004 are for homes up to 3,000 s/f GLA. For properties over 3,000 s/f, CALL FOR QUOTE!
